Located in Westminster, and just a stone’s throw from St James’s and Green Parks, St Ermin’s Hotel serves as a spectacular venue for any couple wanting to get married in Central London. It’s a fantastic venue for your wedding photography.
The hotel is adjacent to St James’s Park Underground Station. It is local to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
Wedding Photography at St Ermin’s Hotel:
The walk up St Ermin’s driveway is unexpected. The hotel has a short tree-lined avenue, and it’s not long before you are surrounded on three sides by the stunning Queen Anne style red brickwork. I utilised the scene to good effect at the wedding of Tom and Sarah. They hired a couple of classic cars for the day and these fitted well parked in the hotel driveway (top photo).
Once inside the hotel, one is immediately struck by the ornate staircase with its undulating balustrades – a boon for any wedding photographer. The mind immediately gets to work on visions of the group and bridal portraits (below) to come. It is here that the couple holds their drinks’ reception before dinner. You can book a small band or singer to add atmosphere to this pre-dinner soirée.

The Wedding Breakfast is served in the Crystal Ballroom which can seat up to 120 guests. Interconnection with the Cloisters Suite opens it up for cutting the cake, first dance, and evening entertainment.
